Bronze Age, A small rapier or dirk, c. 1300-1200 BC, 17.2cm long by 4.4cm wide, butt flattened and trapezoidal in shape with four large circular rivets at the end for the attachment of a bone handle; ogival blade with bevelled cutting edge on both sides, straight-sided with a lozenge-shaped cross-section. Extremely fine with smooth green patina £500-£600

The use of four rivets rather than the more common two suggests an early date for this dirk.
