William IV (1830-1837), Proof set, 1831, comprising gold Two-Pounds, Sovereign and Half-Sovereign (WR 258, 261, 267); silver Crown, Halfcrown, Shilling, Sixpence and Maundy set; copper Penny, Halfpenny and Farthing [14]. Gold brilliant, silver almost as struck with matching dark tone, copper extremely fine or better with original colour; contained in fitted leather case (£12,000-15,000)
