Queen’s South Africa 1899-1902, 3 clasps, Cape Colony, Wittebergen, Belfast (4250 Cpl: W. A. Rowe. Brabant’s Horse.) toned, good very fine £100-£120
Sold with some family information which notes that William Rowe afterwards settled in South Africa, was employed in a local Fire Brigade, and married Emilie Aline Le Maitre, of Guernsey. He unfortunately died two or three years later and his wife returned to Guernsey where she remained a widow.
