Devreese for the Exposition Universelle, Brussels, Beaux-Arts section, naked female seated on rock, holding lyre and lamp, male Genie springing upwards at left, rev. legend flanked by two sheaves of wheat, named (Albert Ciamberlani), 82 x 48mm (BM Acq. 1978-82, pl.13, 35; BDM VI, 320; cf. Obverse only illustrated. Albert Ciamberlani (1864-1956), symbolist painter of figures, participated in most of the international expositions held in the years before World War I
